Individual therapy

I offer a safe space and an authentic connection, which will allow your inner resources and the best in you to come alive and find answers and drive towards a change you are seeking.
I warmly invite everyone interested to regular individual sessions as a part of either short or long- term therapy, depending on your current situation and needs. The sessions are 50 minutes long and ideally take place weekly at the same time, usually over 6-12 or 24-48 meetings.
